I don't wanna believe that August will end soon…

 

気がつけば8月ももう終わろうとしているなんて…誰か嘘だと言ってください。頼む。

 

本当は8月中に新曲を出したかったんだけど、急ぎの納期の仕事をどんどん頂いてしまい、、、6〜8月は本当に仕事で一杯一杯の期間になってしまった。応援してくださってる方には本当にごめんなさい…。

 

でもsammy.としての活動が完全に止まっていたわけではないです！時間の合間を縫って、なんとかギターやボーカルRecや、別の曲作りや、ちょこちょこ進めておりました。写真はその時の！新曲を作ると新しいエフェクターとか欲しくなるね…

 

というわけで新しいプラグイン（モデリング・アンプも）とかは買っちゃいました。新曲でどうしても使いたい雰囲気のエフェクトがあって、、、！

散財だけど、最近仕事頑張ってるから自分へのご褒美として。笑

良い音に仕上げるのでお楽しみに…！

 

sammy.の仕事ももっと頑張らなきゃいけないんだけどね…というか頑張りたい。もっと作りたい曲があるしやりたいことがたくさんある。みんなにはいつも待ってもらってばかりでごめんなさい。まだ楽しみに待ってくれてる人が1人でもいることを心から祈っている。ほんとに。

 

最近は更新するといつも謝ってばかりのブログでごめん。（）

はやくみんなにいろんな音楽や楽しいことを届けたいです。頑張ります。

Hi, it’s sammy.

 

I can’t believe August is already coming to an end… Someone please tell me this isn’t real. Please.

 

I really wanted to release a new song this month, but I kept getting more and more rush jobs with tight deadlines, and… June through August ended up being an absolutely crazy few months for me work-wise.

 

I’m really sorry to everyone who’s been waiting and supporting me… :(

 

But it’s not like I’ve completely stopped working on sammy. /REVERSIES!

 

I’ve been squeezing in whatever time I could to record guitars and vocals, work on other songs, and slowly move things forward here and there. The photos are from one of those sessions!

 

Whenever I start working on a new song, I somehow start wanting new effects and gear too… lol

 

So yeah, I ended up buying some new plugins, including a modeling amp. There was a certain effect/tone I really wanted to use for the new song…!

 

It’s definitely spending money I probably didn’t need to spend, but I’ve been working pretty hard lately, so I decided to treat myself. haha

 

I’m gonna make sure they sound good, so please look forward to the new stuff…!

Of course, I know I need to keep working harder on sammy.’s work too…

 

Actually, I want to.

 

There are still so many songs I want to make, and so many things I want to try.

 

I’m always making you guys wait, and I’m really sorry about that.

 

I genuinely hope that there’s still even one person out there who’s looking forward to hearing what I make next.

 

Seriously.

 

And I’m sorry that lately, every time I update this blog, it feels like I’m just apologizing over and over again. (lol)

 

I just want to hurry up and bring you more music, more things to enjoy, and more stuff to share.

 

I’ll keep going.
