We are only responsible for shipping your order to the forwarding service’s warehouse in Japan.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for defective items once they have been shipped overseas.

If there is any issue with your order, please make sure to have the item checked at the forwarding service’s warehouse in Japan and contact us from there.

If the forwarding service is unable to confirm the condition of the product, we may not be able to offer a replacement.
